Refund and Exchange Policy

Easy Return You can now request a return directly through your Account Center. Simply log in to your account, go to your orders, and select the items you wish to return.

Returns Process (Egypt) Our team will coordinate with the local courier to pick up the items from your location. Once we receive the returned items and confirm they meet our return policy conditions, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit (a Miss Odd e-gift card with no expiration date).

Returns & Costs The total shipping and return costs will be calculated based on your location within Egypt and the number of items being returned. These costs will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Online Returns Policy

  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, makeup and deodorant.

  • Items must have the original tags attached along with their original packaging.

  • Shoes must show no signs of wear, and be returned in their original packaging.

  • Products with titles starting with "ODD-" or "SA-" and Clearance Collection cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.

  • Items mentioned as "limited stock" cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • Damage or defective items must be reported within 1 day of delivery.

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Care team via Email at info@missodd.com. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue.

سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال

إرجاع سهل يمكنك الآن طلب الإرجاع مباشرة من خلال مركز الحساب (Account Center) الخاص بك. ما عليك سوى تسجيل الدخول إلى حسابك، والانتقال إلى طلباتك، واختيار العناصر التي ترغب في إرجاعها.

عملية الإرجاع (مصر) سيتواصل معك فريقنا لتنسيق استلام المرتجعات عبر شركة الشحن المحلية. بعد استلام المنتجات والتأكد من مطابقتها لشروط سياسة الإرجاع، سيتم إصدار المبلغ كرصيد متجر (بطاقة هدية إلكترونية من مس اود بدون تاريخ انتهاء).

تكاليف الإرجاع سيتم احتساب إجمالي تكاليف الشحن والإرجاع بناءً على موقعك داخل مصر وعدد القطع المُراد إرجاعها، وسيتم خصم هذه التكاليف من مبلغ الاسترداد النهائي.

سياسة الإرجاع عبر الإنترنت

  • يجب إرسال العناصر في غضون 14 يومًا من تاريخ التسليم.

  • يجب أن تكون العناصر غير مرتداة وغير مغسولة وخالية من البقع وآثار المكياج ومزيل العرق.

  • يجب أن تحتوي العناصر على البطاقات الأصلية (Tags) وتغليفها الأصلي.

  • يجب ألا تظهر الأحذية أي علامات ارتداء ويجب إرجاعها في تغليفها الأصلي.

  • المنتجات التي يبدأ عنوانها بـ "ODD-" أو "SA-" ومجموعة التخفيضات (Clearance) لا يمكن استبدالها أو إرجاعها.

  • ملابس السباحة، الملابس الداخلية، منتجات التجميل، ومستحضرات التجميل، والإكسسوارات غير قابلة للإرجاع.

  • العناصر التي تحمل ذكر "مخزون محدود" لا يمكن تبديلها أو إرجاعها.

  • يجب الإبلاغ عن العناصر التالفة أو المعيبة خلال يوم واحد من الاستلام.

العناصر التالفة/المعيبة/غير الصحيحة في حالة استلامك لعنصر تالف أو معيب أو غير صحيح، يرجى الاتصال بفريق خدمة العملاء عبر البريد الإلكتروني: info@missodd.com. بمجرد استلامنا لطلبك، سنتواصل معك لمعالجة وحل المشكلة.
