Shipping policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Your ordered products may be shipped separately and you may receive more than one package depending On the availability of product while shipping the first parcel. (no extra charges will be added on you) 

Shipping cost:

All orders are subject to a standard shipping fee of $20, regardless of destination. This flat rate ensures secure and reliable delivery through our trusted logistics partners.

Shipping information:

We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

 

Shipping processing time:

Please allow an estimated delivery time of 7 to 15 business days from the date of order confirmation. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Carriers:  

All our shipments are delivered by DHL, SMSA, UPS, SHIPA and PORTER.

Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or the order is from the made to order collection, shipments may be delayed by a few days up to 60 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
